Structural Simulation
Our experienced consultants have more than a decade experience in linear, nonlinear, modal and dynamic structural calculations. We are especially experienced in adhesive joint development and simulation; optimization of differential coefficient of thermal expansion problems.
Mold Flow Simulations help to find important filling, optical and structural problems, such as sink marks and in internal stressed. It also helps the start the injection moulding process with the right settings.
Computational Fluid Dynamics
CFD allows the sophisticated aerodynamic and fluid dynamic optimization without the need of prototypes. Heat transfer and natural convection can be solved most accurately with this method. The movement of particles in the fluid or air, the pressure drop across perforated plates, porous mediums, fans and other moving objects are some of the features. We can also couple CFD and FEA results to provide optima results for Multiphysics problems.
